Yes. Both interior and exterior detailing are available in Pro and Elite levels. The Pro options are intended for vehicles in light to moderate condition, while the Elite options provide deeper cleaning, preparation, gloss enhancement, or protection based on the service selected.

Yes. We care for everything from daily drivers and family vehicles to luxury cars, sports cars, classics, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles. We adjust our products, tools, and processes to the vehicle’s materials, finish, age, and condition rather than using the same approach on every vehicle.

Our published prices assume a vehicle in typical condition. Heavy sand, excessive pet hair, stains, odors, mold, excessive buildup, trash, water spots, oxidation, overspray, or specialty restoration can require substantially more time and labor. We’ll review the condition and discuss any additional charges before completing added work.

We use professional equipment and processes to achieve the best reasonable improvement, but some stains, odors, embedded pet hair, and Maui sand cannot always be completely removed. Results depend on the material, how long the contamination has been present, previous cleaning attempts, and the vehicle’s overall condition. We’ll set realistic expectations before beginning.

The Elite Detail includes a gloss-enhancing paint enhancement that can improve clarity, shine, and some very light imperfections. It is not full paint correction and cannot repair deep scratches, severe etching, oxidation, or failing clear coat. Vehicles needing greater defect removal may require paint correction or clear-coat restoration.

Approximate service times range from one to five hours depending on the package, vehicle size, and condition. You may wait when practical, but drop-off is recommended for longer services so our team can work without rushing. We’ll provide a more accurate completion estimate after seeing the vehicle.

Please remove valuables, important documents, loose personal belongings, and anything you do not want handled. Clear the trunk or cargo area if you want those areas detailed. Child seats should be removed unless cleaning them has been discussed in advance. You do not need to wash the vehicle before bringing it to us.

Our dedicated Kihei studio is preferred because it provides a controlled environment, professional equipment, and consistent working conditions. Mobile service may be available when bringing the vehicle to us is not practical. Mobile appointments require adequate space, access to water and electricity, and preferably shade. A travel charge of approximately $50–$100 may apply depending on location.

Pickup and delivery may be available depending on your location, selected service, and our schedule. Availability and any associated charge will be confirmed before the appointment. Request this option while booking or call or text us to see what is available.

Maintenance plans are available every two weeks, monthly, or quarterly for vehicles already brought into maintainable condition. Every-two-week and monthly care require an initial or recent detail within the previous 30 days, while quarterly care requires one within the previous three months. Interior-only and exterior-only maintenance options are also available.

You can choose your vehicle size, service, and available appointment time through our online booking page. No deposit is currently required. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling; same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you are unsure what to select, call or text us before booking.
